AMT is accepting nominations for the 2018 AMT Next Gen Awards. If you know someone that deserves recognition for their efforts as an aircra maintenance professional—it's your chance to help them get recognized!
Whether you work in general aviation, business aviation, airlines, MRO, rotorcra , military, or academia, let the industry acknowledge you or your colleagues for dedication to the aviation industry.
In the nomination, let us know who deserves recognition and why. What have they overcome, what training have they received, what have they achieved, what specifically makes them worthy of industry recognition?

Achievements
Contributions or innovations to the aviation industry
You must be 39 years old or younger on June 30, 2018 to be eligible for the award.
AMT will recognize 40 individuals under 40 in the August/September issue.
