Our company is difficult to impress but we were pleased to say
that Elliott met our high expectations on all levels. From the
moment I walked onto the Elliott campus, I was greeted by
numerous employees who all exuded a 'can-do, will-do' spirit.
It didn't matter what was needed; they promised to help get
it done. I was extremely impressed! Their Elliott Connect
system allowed me to stay connected with our Citation VII
system allowed me to stay connected with our Citation VII
during inspection. This incredibly sophisticated program
allowed me to feel comfortable enough to leave my
aircraft. Approving any change orders was a breeze
and allowed for quick responses to stay on time. We
will be back for future work and recommend Elliott
